Is it possible to place a hold on any storage unit?

Our selection is first come first serve, as we constantly receive inquiries. You can make a reservation for a unit but it is not secured until first payment is received. 

Do our facilities provide locks? Do you keep a key to my storage unit?

​​​​​​​You can bring your own lock or purchase a new disc lock at our front desk. No one else will have a key to your unit.

Do you rent space month-to-month or do I have to sign a lease?

All our units are on a month to month basis. No lease required.

Do I need to give you notice when I move out?

Yes. Please notify us of the date of your move out and update your current address. If you have paid months in advance any month you were not in the unit will be refunded to you via check.

Do you require insurance on my stored goods?

We highly recommend that you get insurance for your possessions. It is not required to rent a unit but  you are responsible for the things you are storing at our facilities. We can provide insurance recommendations or you can check with your insurance provider, you may be covered under an insurance policy you already have.

What kind of documentation do I need to provide to rent a storage unit?

We need a valid Drivers License with proof of address.

Can I store my boat or RV?

Some of our facilities offer this service. Please email us to inquire or to be put on the wait-list as these fill up very quickly.

What are the accepted types of payment?

We accept multiple payment methods to making paying for your unit easy. Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Cards & Autopay are all great options. Please ask our managers with help paying online.

Do you offer your storage units for sale or storage auctions?

Occasionally we will auction off storage units. Subscribe to our email list  to be notified of our deals and events or look for our auction ad in the Idaho-Press Tribune.
